or they can choose not to sing! Actor’s choice!
Plus, create your own play in “Creative Dramatics”!

Every child gets an equal part in every show, with great roles for boys and girls. In each play,
Kids get the best of both worlds - a fun, full theater production on the big, beautiful Playhouse stage, AND a nurturing, friendly atmosphere, that allows every student to really shine!

Musical (song-optional), ages 6-13

 “If I ruled the world, things would be perfect!” say a group of friends, wishing they could be in charge.  When a mysterious charm makes their wish come true, the kids get to do anything they want!   Soon there is junk food for every meal and no homework forever.  But along with the fun comes more trouble than they bargained for.  Will they learn it’s possible to have too much of a good thing?  There’s no telling what could happen in this musical treat!

 This musical gives each student their own star-turn in the spotlight. We also do super-fun theater games that nurture creativity in a lively, positive atmosphere.

 There will be super fun “IF TWEENS RULED THE WORLD”!

    When she gets back to Kansas, Dorothy tells her friends all about Oz.  They don’t believe her until a storm washes them all into the Emerald City!  There they meet some new friends, like a Cool Kitten and a Teen Beauty Queen, along with a Boy Robot and the lovely Princess Ozma.  Now they must save Oz from the hilariously wicked Nome King, in an exhilarating adventure full of magic, comedy and excitement.

 So come with us as we explore all new adventures.

 Some friends find themselves in an alternate reality, where good is bad and fairy tales are twisted.  They meet the descendants of famous characters, like the grandchildren of Galinda, Elphaba, Ariel and Elsa, and enroll in the fairytale boarding school.

 But the “Villains” are having trouble adapting to their new, unrotten ways.  Meanwhile the “Good Kids” become curious what it’s like to be bad and use a spell to swap places.  Magical mayhem, including a Jewel heist, a transformation into toddlers and more ensues. Great songs give this musical an enchanting sparkle. Descendants of the Descendants rule the school!

ages 7 and up

 A one-of-a-kind experience where the students create their very own play!  A lively and energetic class with a Big Performance that highlights every child.  Each week, students’ ideas are encouraged and nurtured as we create our own characters and scenes. 

 Plus we do improvisations, play lots of theater games, create commercials and more! 
Then we perform our own original play and everyone gets an equal role! 

A fun-filled, fast-moving class with lots of variety that helps
emerging young actors develop their potential.

“CREATIVE DRAMATICS” is a completely unique experience, that nurtures young actors!

 Meets Fridays: 4pm-5:30pm
